Largo Resort General Information & Resort Policies

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Largo Resort, Key Largo. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our resort guests, by reading and clicking “I agree with the terms and conditions of Largo Resort” and/or signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

Deposit & Payments

A one (1) night stay + taxes and fees (non-refundable) is charged at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due will be charged upon check-in.

Cancellation & Early Departure

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
Office hours are 9 AM – 8 PM. If you arrive after office hours, please let us know and we will provide you with self check-in instructions.

Tax & Gratuities

Your suite rate is subject to 12.5% Florida Bedding & Sales Tax. All other services are subject to 7.5% Florida tax and 18% service charge.

Food & Beverage

You are more than welcomed to bring in your own food and beverage. Please note that no glass is allowed on the beach and around the pool area nor any bottles of any kind.

Smoking Policy

All of our suites are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the designated smoking area, outside of the Main Entrance (Black) Gates.

A $150 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms.


All bungalow suites sleep a total of 4 people. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced by the Monroe County Fire Department. Over Occupancy can result in the cancellation of your stay with no refund.

Any Offer, Special, or Package is subject to availability and may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Offer is not applicable for groups. All taxes apply.

Internet Access

Please note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming.

Complaint/Damages Policy

If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.


The parking area in Largo Resort is for registered guests only. No boat trailers are allowed.

No Pet Policy

Any evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest’s room will result in a $150 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.


You can fish from our dock, but never discard of fish entrails in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of them in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.
