Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Largo Resort, Key Largo. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our resort guests, by reading and clicking “I agree with the terms and conditions of Largo Resort” and/or signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.
Deposit & Payments
Cancellation & Early Departure
- There will be no refunds for early departures.
- If a reservation is canceled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the remaining amount due corresponding to the full length of stay.
- If a reservation is canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival the one (1) night stay + taxes and fees (non-refundable) will be forfeited.
- If a reservation is made through Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rate, the full amount of the stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. If cancellation of a reservation is made, guest will forfeit the total room charge plus tax.
- Largo Resort reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion, including third-party websites.

Smoking Policy
A $150 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms.

Largo Resort Pet Policy
At Largo Resort, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly destination in beautiful Key Largo, Florida. We welcome responsible dog owners and their well-behaved canine companions to enjoy a relaxing stay together.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, please note the following guidelines:
Pet-Friendly Accommodations:
Pets are welcome in the following accommodations: Twilight, Sunrise, Serenity, Paradise, Guest House, and Shore House.
Pets are not permitted in the Grand Lodge or Airstream.
Pet Fees:
A $75 per day, per pet fee applies to all pet-friendly bungalows.
For guests staying in the Shore House or Guest House with pets, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be applied per stay.
Pet Policy Guidelines:
- Up to two dogs per accommodation are allowed.
- All dogs must be current on vaccinations, free of fleas or parasites, and non-aggressive.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times in all common areas of the resort.
- Dogs are not permitted in or around the pool area.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause excessive noise, disturbances, or damage to resort property.

Fishing
You can fish from our dock, but never discard of fish entrails in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of them in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.
